Context Collapsed

2021

Context Collapsed is an experimental browser-based work for the month-long Internet Art Homepage Fair organized by Japanese art collective IDPW for Arebyte’s Art on Screen. This interactive web-work is both a generative visual artwork and experimental ‘blogging’ media. The work collapses personal narrative, news, and and casually browsed images and text into a single page. Pressing the mouse produces new variations. In addition to the context collapse the visual images and text are crushed with a collapse algorithm.
